Please Note: When ordering many different items at once the shipping costs may stack. If this happens, feel free to email us about a possible discount. Let us know the items you want and how many of each and we will let you know if a discount is available. If a discount is available you will receive a special discount code (via email usually within 24 to 48 hours) to enter at the end of your purchase. Thank you for communicating with us about your multiple item orders as we wish to give you the best deals possible on shipping quality products.You will find that all of the items available in our online store will have specific shipping costs listed with them.
We ship via UPS and USPS depending on your purchase and location.

At this time, online orders are shipped only in the continental USA. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico and are interested in purchasing our products please email us with your request before making any order. Thank you.
At this time we are no longer shipping to Canada
You will find that some products in our store display the specific lead time for shipping out. Otherwise we ship products out to our customers as follows unless we have a back order which could delay some shipments. We will promptly inform customers if we see a back ordered or out of stock item.
As stock is available:
Bulk vinyl and connectors are shipped out within 2 to 5 business days of the purchase and should arrive in most locations in the USA within 7 business days after the purchase date.
Precut vinyl straps with their connectors are shipped out within 5 to 7 business days and should arrive in most locations in the USA within 14 business days after the purchase date.
Umbrella frame replacements are shipped out within 3 to 5 business days of the purchase and should arrive in most locations in the USA within 7 to 12 business days after the purchase.
Custom made slings are manufactured and shipped out within 2 weeks in most cases (excluding special pattern slings or large quantity orders which may take longer) and should arrive in most locations in the USA within 3 weeks after the purchase date. During our busy months of April through July orders may be delayed up to 5 business days longer.
Fabric by the yard is shipped out within 5 to 8 business days and should arrive in most locations in the USA within 14 business days after the purchase.
