Standard Parallel Replacement Sling orders: Orders will have 4 to 8 weeks for completion.
Some larger orders of 20+ slings or Special Patterned Slings may take longer. You may contact us if you have questions about this. We will send you an email confirmation of your order just after it is submitted and an email notice with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Tracking will be emailed to you when your order ships (with the exception of fabric or vinyl samples).
Please understand, once we ship a package and have the tracking, PFR can not be held responsible for the failure of a courier to deliver your order in their time specified, or if the package is stolen or misplaced after delivery is confirmed through tracking. We have found on occasional some couriers may have a delay for their own reasons. In certain cases where a package is deemed stolen after delivery, we often help the customer with a discount code to replace a same order. It is best to contact your local US Post Office, FedEx, or UPS soon after tracking indicates your order has been delivered yet you have not found it. Your specific delivery driver may have better memory of where they placed the package if they here from you sooner.
Orders are shipped only in the continental USA. If you have a USA military address or if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico and are interested in purchasing our products please contact us with your request before making any order. We may not have this shipping service available for these locations at all times. If it is currently available, this may mean we will have to adjust the shipping or the way we ship to you. Please be specific about the products you want and the quantity as this will expedite your order. We will promptly let you know of any changes needed to accomplish your order.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund in full any order. You will be notified if this happens.
Please note, in some cases products may ship separately on an order.
At this time we are not shipping to Canada or outside the USA. However, if you have a “ship to” address in the USA and the “bill to” address is from Canada we can work with such orders.
Shipping cost is generally based on total weight of the order. You will see the shipping cost before entering any personal information. We ship products out to our customers as follows unless we have a back order which could delay some shipments. We will inform customers if we see a back ordered or out of stock item. Some of our parts may vary in shipping time. Please contact us with your specific question. For most orders we ship via UPS and/or USPS depending on your purchase and location. In cases of larger orders we may ship via FedEx or a freight line.
NOTE: All products on any single order may be subject to the product having the longer shipping time. We reserve the right to combine product quantities in one bag for larger pack quantities of any single order. You may contact us with specific questions about this.
Bulk vinyl, connectors, spray paint, tools are shipped out within 3 to 6 business days of the purchase date.
Rocker Spring Plates, Glider Bearing Arms, ForeverGlides, Swivel Chair Post Bushings, and other small parts are shipped out within 3-6 business days.
Pre-Cut Vinyl Straps or Vinyl Tires are shipped out within 5 to 10 business days (depending on quantity) after the purchase date.
Umbrella frame replacements are shipped out within 5 to 10 business days of the purchase date.
Fabric by the yard is shipped out within 5 to 10 business days after the purchase date.
